Its power structure has three fundamental elements: Personality, Propiedady Organization. Classify three types of exercise d the power. On the one hand, the "Compensatory Power" where power is acquired through methods of pressure and retribution, the "Condigne Power" through which submission is achieved through the use of the threat. And finally, the "Conditional Power" in which submission is achieved by Means of persuasion, education or a form of gentle social pressure that recognizes the ethical value or importance of complying with and accepting a form of behavior.
